Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Under EU law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing any reason.

To initiate a return:

  • Provide your order number
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

Exceptions

Please note:

  • Items may have slight variations that do not affect their quality or functionality
  • Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage
  • We will offer a replacement or refund

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the item
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
